Package 1
Analyze 10 dental plans. We will analyze and evaluate 10 plans.
We know which plans are the largest nationwide and can help you decide which to analyze. We attempt to isolate those which may be losing you money as well as those which produce the most income (it is often advantageous to look for plans which you do not currently contract with that have the potential of increasing your patient load profitably). Does not include an In Office Membership Plan with recommended pricing and tools for implementation. The Office Plan can be purchased separately.
Package 2
Analyze 30 dental plans. We will analyze and evaluate 30 plans, a combination of those you currently contract with and those you do not.
This package allows for a much broader view of most potential payers (and patients) in your area. It allows us to isolate most of the unprofitable plans for your specific practice and we can often find profitable plans you are not currently contracted with. Knowing the profitability of 30 plans affords you a level of protection when companies switch dental plans, as you will know ahead of time whether the new plan works for your office (credentialing for new plans can take up to 90 days). In addition, we will develop an In Office Membership Plan with recommended pricing and tools for implementation.
Package 3
Analyze unlimited dental plans for 12 months. We will analyze and evaluate unlimited plans, a combination of those you currently contract with and those you do not.
Most areas nationwide have about 40 plans which provide the majority of patients. However, new dental plans enter the market all the time. This package allows us the ability to re-analyze new fee schedules, either those negotiated or those from yearly updates, giving you profitability numbers Before you sign on the dotted line (some dental insurance’s negotiated fee schedules or yearly updates actually Lower profitability). In addition, we will develop an In Office Membership Plan with recommended pricing and tools for implementation.
